Simple and effective

I purchased the Anderson Gun Safe Dolly 1600lbs with 3in casters with retractable ratchets. I have a 1500lbs safe and 1200lbs shop press. The safe was on purpose, but the shop press is a story for another day. The dolly worked as advertised. It was plenty strong enough, but the wheels didn't roll effortlessly enough. Maybe my garage floor is not as flat as I would have hoped. The item to be moved should be sitting on something. I had the time trying to rock the press front to back to be able to slide the lifting angle under the press. After that dance, I had to cut up some 2X4 so the dolly sat vertical. Bottom line, I was able to move my press with some effort. Have a second person and this would be a much easier process. I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent Customer Service

After having a caster shear off at the base of the screw I called to check on replacement wheels. Tom, Thanks very much for sending out the replacement wheels (2). They arrived last Thursday. I also wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and fast response. I've dealt with 10-20 vendors in the past 3 months and this was the easiest and most satisfactory response I've received. gun safe dolly inch dolly review

Awesome service, I called Tom Anderson at 8pm on July 3rd, he answered the phone and was able to help me with all of my questions about the Anderson dolly. I ordered the dolly and it arrived very quickly. I used the dolly to move a 1000lb gun safe. When I bought the gun safe it took me five hours to move it from my garage to a ground level room in my house. With the Anderson Dolly it took me less than 10 minutes to move it out of that room to the garage. Yes, the Anderson Dolly saved me four hours and fifty minutes moving my safe.
